300 gr Peas (deep frozen)
2 Shallots
fresh Mint
500 ml Vegetable Stock
200 ml Cream
juice of 2 Limettes or Lemons
Oliveoil, Salt, Pepper
Peel and dice Shallots
Put 2 TS oil, the deep frozen peas, the mint together in a pot and stew.
Bring in the vegetable stock and cream, after boiling reduce the heat and let it boil 10 - 15 Minutes.
Then you got to blend (mash?) it and pess it through a sieve.
Spice it with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
